Trade-Fi AI provides AI-based cryptocurrency quantitative trading services that help users automatically execute trading strategies. Our services may include:

• Connecting to users' cryptocurrency exchange accounts via API
• Providing automated trading strategies
• Real-time market analysis and trade execution
• Risk management and fund allocation
• Trading performance monitoring and reporting

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any or all services at any time without notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use our services, you need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, complete, and up-to-date registration information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Protect the security of your account, including keeping your password and API keys confidential.
• Take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account that you discover.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion if we determine that you have violated any part of these Terms.

4. Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all applicable fees as posted on our service page:

• We use a profit-sharing model, charging a service fee only when your trading results in profit.
• Basic service is free, we charge a 30% service fee when you make a profit.
• Service fees are deducted directly from your profits in your exchange account.
• We reserve the right to change our rates at any time, but will notify users at least 30 days in advance.

5. API Keys and Authorization

Using our services requires you to provide exchange API keys. Regarding API key usage, you understand and agree:

• You authorize us to use the API keys you provide to execute trades on your behalf on the relevant exchanges.
• We only need trading permissions, not withdrawal permissions.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the API keys you provide have appropriate security restrictions.
• You understand that API key leakage may result in loss of control over your funds, and we take strict security measures to protect your API keys.
• We will not transfer your funds without your authorization.

6. Risk Statement

Using our services involves significant risks, including but not limited to:

• Market risk from cryptocurrency price fluctuations.
• Liquidity risk, which may lead to inability to execute trades at expected prices.
• Exchange risk, such as downtime, hacking, or bankruptcy.
• Technical risk, including software errors, connection issues, or system failures.
• Compliance and regulatory risks.

You explicitly understand and agree that your use of our services is entirely at your own risk. We do not guarantee any specific level of profit, and past performance does not represent future results.

7. Disclaimer

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, nor do we guarantee that the results obtained from using the services will be accurate or reliable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (including our directors, employees, agents, and affiliates) shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you in any case will not exceed the fees you have paid to us during your use of our services.
